The most powerful relationship for a woman to cultivate is the one she has with herself. In this women’s circle we will explore core beliefs about our bodies, health, and sexuality. We will share experiences through a combined discussion of physical anatomy and the Divine Feminine being we each embody. You’ll come away from the evening with practices and techniques to expand healing, vitality, self-concepts of beauty, love, and joy – through movement, energy, and conscious connection.
Instructors:
Jay Reighley has over 30 years in clinical practice as a women’s health care nurse practitioner. She provides an integrative approach to healing at New England Women Center in South Portland and Integr8 Health in Falmouth.
Maddy Vertenten founded Vibrant One to help women create a healthy & beautiful life. She began facilitating women’s circles in 2008 sharing the message self-care. Her own practice led to deeper inquiry and study of the sacred feminine.
