Well Child Visits

Well visits (AKA ‘check-ups’) for babies and kids of all ages. This includes healthy kids and those with complex health issues. I am happy to see babies off the traditional ‘check-up schedule’ and kids who have not seen a doctor in a while.

I address the whole child, including developmental and educational goals, nutrition, emotional health, and relevant social / lifestyle topics.  Visits include an osteopathic assessment and gentle hands-on osteopathic or Reiki treatment. Recommendations may utilize prescription medication, labs, imaging, herbs, homeopathy, nutrition, and other holistic or conventional interventions.

I respect parent’s preferences with regard to controversial topics like sexuality, schooling, and vaccines.  I am also happy to talk with parents before meeting children/teens with complex histories.

Discounts are available for families with multiple children.

Home visits for newborns within a 45 minute radius of Durham, ME.

We do not stock vaccines in our office or participate in government vaccination programs.

I am not offering full spectrum primary care at the moment as my availability is limited and am not on call after hours.  I am available for questions about acute illness or problems through our patient portal.
