Blood clotting disorders
Despite up to one fifth of the population experiencing this condition at some point, most healthcare providers are clueless (or worse) when it comes to the workup and treatment. In fact, over 80% of patients with these conditions experience healthcare stigma and psychologization (e.g. “this is a mental health problem” or “have you considered that it could be burnout?”) which leads to loss of trust in medicine, lower self-esteem, and worsening anxiety and depression.
The is unfortunate, consider the already high burden of mental health symptoms caused by this condition. One meta-analysis of 94 studies found that one fourth of people with long-COVID experience mental health symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and stress, which remain prevalent even two years post-infection. Factors such as female gender and younger age were linked to higher rates of anxiety and depression.

At Integr8 Health, we provide workup and treatment for both Long COVID and Post-COVID-Vaccination Syndrome. We start by listening to and believing your story. We then run a panel of labs (typically covered by insurance) that can identify levels of spike protein antibodies, inflammation, blood clotting, and other relevant markers. Our treatments include strategic use of natural and pharmaceutical medications, as well as high-impact lifestyle and non-pharmacological practices. We address both the symptoms and the long-term diseases process to help you feel better and stay better.
We develop an individualized treatment plan for every patient, and are always in search of cost-effective and no-cost interventions. Some of the most helpful pharmacological treatments include:
- Ivermectin
- Nattokinase
- Strategic use of cannabis
- Low-dose naltrexone
- Methylene blue
- Low-dose ketamine
- Antihistamines, including the difficult to obtain mast-cell stabilizer ketotifen

Vitamin D
One of the easiest ways to start addressing these conditions is to make sure you have enough vitamin D! One small study found that replacing vitamin D in those who were deficient resolved post-vaccination chronic fatigue syndrome in 82% of the patients!
