Our staff will either approve or suggest a modification to your request, and you’ll be alerted via email.

If you are new to to Integr8 Health and are considering scheduling an in-depth initial visit, we invite you to schedule a complimentary 10-15 minute consult with one of our providers. In the field that asks what is the reason for the visit, please type “NEW TO PRACTICE”. This option is only available to people in Maine or willing to travel to Maine for their appointment. For people in other states or countries, please make this clear when you request your appointment.

Dustin Sulak, D.O.

Dustin Sulak, D.O. is an osteopathic physician, licensed in Maine as a general practitioner. He is an expert in integrative medicine, the intelligent combination of conventional and alternative approaches to healthcare. He has long been fascinated by mind-body medicine, spirituality in healthcare, and natural approaches to promoting health and healing. He is an expert in cranial and biodynamic osteopathy, a clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki sensei, practitioner of chi kung and yoga, and has studied with numerous conventional and alternative healers and physicians.

Danielle Saad D.O.

Dr. Saad is a board-certified family physician, traditional osteopath, and expert in integrative medicine. She sees patients at all ages and stages of health, using a personalized approach that truly addresses body, mind, and spirit. She excells in the use of medical cannabis and other modalities in the treatment of  children with neurological conditions, tick-related illness, chronic complex illness of various etiologies, and those who have failed conventional therapy or fallen through the cracks of the medical system.

Dr. Saad is currently enjoying maternity leave until June, 2024.

Dr. Shawn Sulak

Dr. Shawn Sulak specializes in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain and connective tissue dysfunction. He has treated thousands of cases of head, neck, extremity and back pain, overuse injuries, sports injuries, poor lymphatic and circulatory function, and more with incredible success.

Arianne Kryskow FNP-C, APRN, M.Ed

Arianne “Ari” Kryskow is a family nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping people overcome health barriers to find wellness – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Ari has over 20 years’ experience helping people as a licensed school counselor, educator, and nurse and excels at developing caring and collaborative relationships with patients built on empathy, trust, and open communication. She has additional training and expertise in medical cannabis, ketamine therapy, functional medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
